Mentoring an advocate last night who seemed to be struggling with the wiped out feeling after dealing with a dramatic situation. I assured her that is a “normal” set of circumstances, yet – it doesn’t have to be so. If one takes measures of wellness techniques dramatic situations will wear on you less and you won’t have so much trouble bouncing back.
